Why this notice exists
Some of what MIRAÉ measures — skin condition, body composition, posture, the answers you give in the safety intake — counts as consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act and California's CPRA. This notice says what we do with it.
What we collect and why
Measurements from your camera and the answers you give, to produce your analysis, your plan and your progress. Safety answers are attached to the scan they were given for and are not kept as a lasting record about you.
What we never do
We do not diagnose, we do not sell health data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not let processors train on it.
Sharing
Only the processors that run the analysis, and only what the analysis needs. Support can see a scan only when you open a support case for it, for a limited time, and every view is logged.
Your rights
You can see, export, correct and delete your health data at any time from Settings, and withdraw any consent without losing what you already have.
